If you receive any emails asking you to confirm your details, please do not click on the links, the latest one looks very convicing, but neither IT Services, or College ICT staff will ask you to confirm your email details during the migration.
If you belive you may have fallen for this, please call us urgently on 01865 270597.
The other thing to watch out for is that there is no specific date on the email, IT Services will tell you exactly when your account will be migrated over.
